Shipping Policies
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of funds.
Most orders are shipped via DHL Ground Service. 
Most Small Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days)
Shipping Charges are based on Dimension and Weight.
Minimum Shipping Charge is $4.95
Aquariums Extraordinaire, Inc. makes every effort to keep shipping costs down.
Aquariums Extraordinaire, Inc. does not charge for shipping at the time your order is placed.
Within 7 days of your actual ship date, Your credit card will be charged a second time for the actual shipping amount
plus a small fee for any packing material used (extra cushioning, special boxes, etc.)
Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
Returns, Exchanges and Damages
Aquariums Extraordinaire, Inc. wants to make every customer happy with their purchase.
We will gladly exchange any product within 30 days of purchase when returned unopened
and in good condition. Customer must pay all related shipping charges for items returned for exchange. If item is returned for exchange do to any mistake on Aquariums Extraordinaires part we will pay shipping to correct order.
No Refund of Shipping Charges on any items including products damaged in transit.
Damaged products must be reported to DHL and Aquariums Extraordinaire upon receipt.
Concealed damage must be reported immediately and all packing materials and containers must be retained.
Shipment of replacement orders will be for identical merchandise only. Shipping charges for any other reason are non refundable.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

At Aquariums Extraordinaire, our goal is to give quality, efficient service at a competitive price to enhance your experience in the aquatics hobby.
Our phone hours are 9am to 5pm M-F Eastern time. Our email hours are 9 am to 10 pm 7 days a week.
Most Emails are answered the same day, however depending on volume it can take up to 48 hours for a response.

Aquariums Extraordinaire, Inc. does not share any of your personal information (email address, etc.) with anyone.
Ordering is done using Secure Servers and all precautions are taken to avoid Credit Card Fraud. Aquariums Extraordinaire, Inc. actively pursues and reports all attempts at Credit Card Fraud.
If your billing address cannot be verified we will not ship your order.
